Amica Care has chosen award-winning quality management software provider, ViClarity, to automate their compliance auditing across their group of five care homes. Partnering with ViClarity, Amica Care has embarked on a digital transformation journey to enhance compliance efforts and remove the administrative burden associated with compliance auditing. 

With the CQC’s Single Assessment Framework coming into effect, Amica Care has switched to a digital system to heighten their confidence that they are aligned with the CQC’s expectations around evidence gathering, feedback, and management of action plans. ViClarity will provide both Managers and the Senior Leadership team at Amica Care with real-time insights into quality outcomes, compliance and action plan activities whilst making the auditing process easier and more valuable for auditors.
