The Cinnamon Care Collection has announced the appointment of a new Executive Chef, Lee Joyner, who will inspire and guide Cinnamon’s head chefs and catering teams across the group’s 23 care homes.

Lee started his career in the care sector, then moved into hotels and restaurants, before moving back into the care sector, working for Berkley Care Homes. Lee has 22 years’ catering experience, most recently as Executive Chef for the Order of St. John’s Private Collection, responsible for all hospitality and catering services.
In addition to taking great pride in serving high quality, nutritious and delicious food to residents, Cinnamon chefs also cater for residents’ special occasions, offering Private Dining in its care homes. For family events, significant birthdays and anniversaries the chefs work with the resident or resident’s family, to agree a suitable fine dining menu.
