NGA Care has successfully completed the confidential sale of Plenus Care Limited, which operates The Manor Care Home near Gainsborough and Lindum Court at Owston Ferry near Doncaster.
Two clustered homes serving elderly residents
Conveniently clustered for operational efficiency, the two residential care homes offer a combined registration for 49 elderly residents. The Manor is a grade 2 listed former manor house situated on a plot of approximately one acre in the village of Scotter. Lindum Court is located on the high street in the village of Owston Ferry and has lapsed planning permission for a single storey extension.

New ownership strengthens regional presence
After 15 years of ownership, the sale enables Giles and Clare Hostombe‑Daniels to focus on other business interests and enjoy more time with their young family. The business has been acquired by ENA Care Limited, an established local operator. The addition of The Manor and Lindum Court will complement their existing nursing home, The Old Rectory at Armsthorpe, Doncaster, strengthening their presence across the region.
